How do I order from KLARRA?
All you have to do is simply sign up for an account You are only able to place your order once you have signed up for an acount with us. To sign up, simply click on "My Account" and register an account with us. Or you can click here to sign up now.
Once you have signed up your account, you will be able to place your order with us. Just add in your desired piece to cart and check out to make payment. Once payment is received, you will receive an invoice from us confirming your order.
How can I be informed of the latest update?
To be the first to know of our latest update, all you have to do is to sign up for our mailing list! You can do so by signing up for an account with us or by entering your email address in the top right-hand corner of our website.
What mode of payments do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, ATM transfers, PayPal and credit cards payment thru PayPal.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders received will be mailed out within 2-3 working days. An email notification will be sent to you once order has been dispatched. If you have opted for a trackable delivery service, you will be able to track your order online. All instructions on how to track your order can be found under the "Order History" when you log into your account.
How much is delivery of item(s)?

What is your return / exchange policy?
We only accept returns / exchange if there is a defect in the item. All returns / exchange must be made within 7 working days upon receiving receipt of dispatch.
To request for a return / exchange, please use the "Returns" form and submit the query to us. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days. All postage will be bourne by the customer. All returns/exchange has to be done within 7 working days upon receiving receipt of dispatch. All items should not be worn / washed, and must be in brand new condition.
In any event that the item is sold out, we will issue a credit note for you to use for your next purchase.
All returns / exchange strictly by postage only. We will not entertatin any meetups.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
To use a discount code, simply enter your discount code under the "Apply Discount Code" fill. Discount will only be applied if the discount code is still available.
