Returns Policy

We at Klarra aim to deliver unrivalled care for our customers.

Not satisfied with the products?

  1. You can return any item within 7 working days of receiving your original order.
  2. All returns MUST be enclosed with the Return Note for us to process your returns within 3 working days upon receiving the item.
  3. Return items will be replaced with store credits equivalent to the purchase price of the return item. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue, are strictly non-refundable, are not eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. All return items should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from Klarra.com only. All items will be inspected on return.
  5. Items purchased at Klarra's official pop up store(s) will adhere to the return/exchange policy of the respective store(s).
  6. Store credits will be issued within 3 working days upon receiving the returned item.
  7. The returns are your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure it is packed properly and least prone to damage on the way.
  8. All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer.
  9. Returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach us and Klarra will strictly not be liable for lost mails. Please do opt for a delivery option that allows tracking when you mail it back to us.
  10. All returns have to be done strictly through mailing.
  11. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. No store credits will be issued in such circumstances.

*Note: Each order is only valid for one-time exchange. Returns/exchanges are not allowed for sales items, accessories and orders using promotional codes.

Incorrect / Defective Items

We apologize for letting this product slip through our quality checks.

If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please email us immediately at sales@klarra.com. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days

  • For returns on defective products:

Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) clear pictures of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you.

  • For incorrect items sent to you:

Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) the product code, size and color details of the wrong item received in your email so we can get this sorted for you. Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.

Please note that we will only be able to address incorrect and defective issues on items made directly from Klarra.com.
