Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Is the showroom session free?

A: Yes, it is a complimentary service.

 

Q: Do I really have to fill in the form in order to book a session?

A: Yes. By filling in the request form, you can help us better customize and prepare your showroom session. Your information will be kept confidential.

 

Q: When do showroom sessions operate?

A: Showroom sessions currently operate on weekdays (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) between working hours (12 - 6pm)

 

Q: What will happen at the showroom session?

A: Based on your information and preferences (filled in via form prior to session), we will prepare three outfits proposed to you that will help maximize your wardrobe. You will be able to try on the apparel and expect a relaxed, cozy session with plenty of refreshments!



Q: Preferred mode of payment for purchase?

A: Cash is preferred. 



Q: Can I bring a friend along?

A: Yes, friends are welcome. Curated outfits, however, will only be for the reserved guest. Hence, if your friend(s) would like to too enjoy a custom tailored experience, it would be required to submit a separate request. With that said, you and your friend(s) will still be able to arrive at the same appointment slot. Simply let us know by noting it down in the remarks section of the form.

 

Q: Am I obliged to purchase anything after the session?

A: No, it is not an obligation. As each private showroom session is custom tailored to your preferences, we hope to delight you and provide the best shopping experience.
