1. In General

Access and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website(the "Services")  are subjected to the following terms and conditions and notices( the "Terms and Conditions"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all to the Terms and Conditions listed. All Terms and Conditions are subjected to change at our own discretion. 

 

2. Privacy Policy

KLARRA is committed to protecting and securing the information collected from you. 

 

While visitng KLARRA, you may be required to sign up with us, while providing personal information including but not limited to any name, email address, postal address, contact number, date of birth, or any other information that may be required to contact you. 

 

When you place an order with us, we may occasionally update you with our latest products, promotions, news and special offers via e-mail, post or telephone. Should you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications from you, you are able to do so personally by logging in to your personal account at KLARRA. Or you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link from any email received from us.

 

3. Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase the goods by agreeing to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subjected to availability and confirmation of order price.

 

i) Ordering

To order from KLARRA, you will be required to sign up for an account with us before placing your order. When you place an order, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order. However, order is not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received, we will proceed to deliver your item(s).

 

ii) Payment

KLARRA accepts bank transfers, ATM transfers, PayPal and credit cards payment thru Paypal.

 

iii) Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days upon receiving payment. An email will be sent to you to inform you when order has been dispatched. If you have opted for trackable delivery service, you can track your order simply by logging into your account and view under "Order History" and follow the instructions there to track. 

 

KLARRA is not responsible if any package is lost in transit should a non-trackable delivery service is opted. We will, however, try our best to track down your item by contacting the local postal service when item has been sent from.

 

iv) Returns / Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchange is available. However, please note that this on a case-by-case basis.

We only accept returns / exchange if there is a defect in the item. In any case of this,  please use the "Returns" form and submit the query to us. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days. All postage will be bourne by the customer. All returns/exchange has to be done within 7 working days upon receiving receipt of dispatch. All items should not be worn / washed, and must be in brand new condition.

 

In any event that the item is sold out, we will issue a credit note for you to use for your next purchase.
