Delivery Information

All items are sent out using Singapore Post Limited. 

Once you have placed an order with us, order will be processed and mailed out within 2-3 working days. 

We offer 2 modes of delivery options for local delivery.

1) Normal Postage

Normal postage starts from $1.50 with a maximum of $10 depending on the number of items you've ordered. Shoes / Bags are considered as 2 items due to the weight.

Apparels / Small accesories - 1 item

Shoes / Bags - 2 items

First item starts from $1.50

Each subsequent item is $1

Please note that all normal postage are not trackable. Kindly allow items to take 2-3 working days to reach you. Should you not receive item after the time frame, please contact us at admin@klarra.com together with your order number.  We will get back to you within 1-2 workng days.

2) Registered Postage

Registered postage starts from $3.74 depending on the number of items you've ordered. You are able to track your order using this mode of delivery. You can track your parcel by logging into your account to retrieve your tracking number under "Order History". Kindly allow 3-4 working days for your order to reach you.
