Dear customers of Klarra,

Due to a maintenance update on the site, the currency displayed on your browser might not be displaying correctly (USD and not in SGD). We apologize for this and hope we have not caused any inconvenience 

 

 

How to know if my browser is displaying the correct currency?

You should see the price being displayed as e.g. S$25.00. If your browser doesn't reflect this, that means your currency is not in Singapore Dollars. Kindly follow the steps below to see on how your browser can reflect the correct currency.

 

 

To view the correct currency, kindly follow the following steps below on your browser.

 

1. Google Chrome

Deleting cache and other browsing data

1. Click on the wrench icon on the browser toolbar

2. Select Tools.

3. Selet Clear browsing data.

4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. 

5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.

6. Cick Clear browsing data.

7. Do a refresh on www.klarra.com and the price should reflect in the correct currency.

2. Mozilla Firefox

Clear the cache and cookies

1. On the menu bar, click on the Tools menu, and select Clear Recent History.

2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.

3. Click on the arrow next to Details to expland the list of history items.

4. Select Cookies and Cache.

5. Click Clear Now to clear the cookies and cache. Close the Clear Recent History window.

6. Do a refresh on www.klarra.com and the price should reflect in the correct currency.

3. Internet Explorer

Clear Temporary Internet Files

Windows 7 and Windows Vista

1. Click the Start Button, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet, and then click Internet Options.

2. Click the General tab, and then click Delete under Browsing history.

3. Click Delete all, click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information, and then click OK.

4. Do a refresh on www.klarra.com and the price should reflect in the correct currency.

 

Earlier versions of Windows

1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.

2. Click Start, click Control Panel, abd then double-click Internet Options.

3. On the General tab, click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files,

4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.

5. Click OK.

6. Do a refresh on www.klarra.com and the price should reflect in the correct currency.

4. Safari

To clear your cache and cookies

1. From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.

2. When asked Are you sure you want to empty the cache?, click Empty.

3. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.

4. From the Security dialog box, click Bookmarks.

5. Click Show Cookies.

6. From the Cookie dialog box, click Remove all.

7. Click Done.

8. Do a refresh on www.klarra.com and the price should reflect in the correct currency.

5. iPhone/iPad

Clear cookies and cache

1. From the Home Screen, choose Settings > Safari.

2. To clear all cookies from Safari, tap Clear Cookies

3. To clear the browser cache, clear Cache.

4. To clear browser history, clear History.

5. Do a refresh on www.klarra.com and the price should reflect in the correct currency.
