Click and Collect is a new and convenient way for you to shop online and collect your parcels at our boutique in Singapore. This service is completely complimentary, with no minimum spend required. Our Click and Collect's location is currently available only at KLARRA ION Orchard Singapore.

To place a Click and Collect order, please follow the steps upon checkout:

- Do ensure your mobile number is provided under your account details
- Select "Collect at KLARRA ION Orchard" as your preferred shipping method
- Our customer service team will process your order and you will receive an SMS notification when your order has arrived at the store and is ready for collection
- Present your SMS to anyone from the team when you visit our store at the following address to collect your parcel

When can I collect my order in store after placing an order online?
Cut-off timing for online orders are on every Sunday 2359 hours and parcels will arrive in store by every Wednesday 1030am. In other words, for orders captured between Monday 0000 hours to Sunday 2359 hours, the parcel(s) will be delivered on the following week and be ready for collection on Wednesday.

What happens after I’ve placed a Click & Collect order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Please note that your order is not ready for collection at this stage. You will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ SMS when your parcel has arrived at the boutique and is available for collection.


What do I need to bring along to collect my order?
Please present your ‘Ready for Collection’ SMS notification to our team of friendly staff upon collection. 


How long will the store hold my order?
Once you have been notified on the collection of parcel, the boutique will hold your parcel for 14 calendar days. Please kindly collect your parcel within 14 calendar days upon receiving your SMS notification.


What happens if I am unable to collect my order personally?
You may appoint someone to collect the order on your behalf. He/She will need to present the SMS or a print-screen of it upon collection.


What if I don’t collect my order within 14 calendar days of receiving the SMS/email notification for collection?
Your order will be returned to the warehouse and our customer service team will be in touch with you to re-schedule the collection.
