In view of the government's circuit breaker measures, together as a team at KLARRA, we will lend our full support in keeping the situation at bay by temporarily closing our Raffles City store from 7 Apr until further notice.
During this period, our online store will continue to operate as usual while maintaining high standards of hygiene at our warehouse. International shipping is still available and shipping on all orders in Singapore will be complimentary. Our return policy is also enhanced for your convenience - please refer to the below for more details.

SHIPPING FEES
In view of the Covid-19 situation, we have closed our Raffles City store but our online store will operate as per usual. Enjoy free standard shipping for all orders in Singapore with a minimum spend of SGD50. International shipping is complimentary with a minimum spend of SGD250.

ONLINE RETURNS
In view of the Covid-19 situation, we have enhanced our return policy. For orders made on and between 25 March 2020 till store opens, you can return your order within 60 calendar days (for local orders) and 90 calendar days (for overseas orders) from date of purchase. Each order is only valid for one-time exchange and to further ease your shopping experience, sale items purchased within this timeframe are allowed for exchanges.

During this period, we apologize that we are not able to accept drop-off of parcels and only accept returns via mailing with a trackable mode to ensure the safety of you and the fulfilment team.
All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from klarra.com only. Items will be inspected upon reaching the warehouse.
STORE CREDIT REFUNDS
If your order is made on and between 25 March 2020 till store opens and you are looking to return the item for store credits, once the returned parcel is successfully returned to our headquarters, the refund would be made via KLARRA's store Credit within 7 working days. The value of the store credits will be the paid price of the return item, in Singapore currency (SGD). Store credits are valid for 6 months upon from the date of issue.
If your order is made on and between 25 March 2020 till store opens and you are looking to return the item for store credits, once the returned parcel is successfully returned to our headquarters, the refund would be made via KLARRA's store Credit within 7 working days.
