RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help. Kindly review the guidelines below before making a return or exchange.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS
You’re welcome to return your item within:
- 14 calendar days (Singapore orders)
- 45 calendar days (International orders)
Returned items must be:
- In original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached
- Free from any fragrance, deodorant, or scent
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in original packaging and with all tags, stickers intact
- Purchased directly from klarra.com
- Returned once only — each order is valid for a one-time return or exchange
Return options:
- Store credits (valid for 6 months, redeemable both online & in-store)
- Exchange for a new item of equal or higher value (top-ups apply if higher). Kindly note that we’re unable to refund if the exchange item is of lower value.
How to return:
- By mail: Send your parcel to 1 Pemimpin Drive #07-05 One Pemimpin, Singapore 576151 (Weekdays, 10am–5pm). Please use a trackable courier service.
- In-store drop-off: Visit us at ION Orchard B3-33 during the return window.
Please note:
- Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- We’re unable to accept returns for sale items, accessories, CO products, or purchases made with special promotional codes.
- If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back.
FOR STORE PURCHASES
We offer exchanges only for items purchased in-store, within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Exchanges must be:
- For an item of equal or higher value (top-ups apply)
- In original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached
- Free from any fragrance or scent
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in original packaging and with all tags, stickers intact
- Done once only — each receipt is valid for one-time exchange
Please note:
- Store credits or refunds are not available for in-store purchases
- Tax-refunded purchases are not eligible for exchange
- The same product exclusions apply (sale items, accessories, CO, promo code orders)
- Items bought with store credits are not eligible for further exchange
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We’re truly sorry if something slipped past our checks. If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at sales@klarra.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue or incorrect item
- Product code, size, and colour (if applicable)
We’ll review your request as soon as possible. Kindly ensure the item is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached, and purchased directly from klarra.com.
