Returns and Exchanges

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 calendar days (for Singapore orders) and 45 calendar days (for overseas orders) upon the date of purchase. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and purchased directly from klarra.com only. Items will be inspected upon reaching us. Do note that each order is only valid for one-time exchange and returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items, accessories, shoes, CO products or orders using special promotional codes.

We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in a good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you. 

 

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
- You are allowed to return your parcel for (1) store credits or (2) to exchange for a new item or size within 14 days from the date of purchase
- All items returned have to be in their original condition attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and purchased directly from klarra.com
- You can return your order via mailing or via drop off in any of our stores
- For mailing (return): Do mail the item you wish to return to our headquarters (1 Pemimpin Drive #07-05 One Pemimpin Singapore 576151) during weekdays 10am to 5pm with a trackable mode of delivery to ensure that the parcel safely reaches us. We regret to inform that we will not be liable for any loss of parcel in the event that the parcel is sent back without a trackable mode of delivery
- For drop off (return or exchange): You may drop your item off at our stores at Raffles City L3-33 or ION Orchard B3-33 within the return timeframe
- Should you return your parcel to exchange for a new item or size, the exchanged item has to be of equal value or higher, in which you will need to top up with a payment in store if your exchanged item is of a higher value. We regret to inform that no refunds will be made if the exchanged item is of a lower value
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the initial date of issue. It can be used in both online & physical stores
- Do note that each order is only valid for one-time return and exchange 
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items, accessories, CO products or orders using special promotional codes

 

FOR STORE PURCHASES
- You are allowed to return your parcel for an exchange to a new item or size within 14 days from the date of purchase. Store purchases are strictly not allowed to be returned for store credits
- All items brought to exchange have to be in their original condition attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and unwashed
- Should you return your parcel to exchange for a new item or size, the exchanged item has to be of equal value or higher, in which you will need to top up with a payment in store if your exchanged item is of a higher value. We regret to inform that no refunds will be made if the exchanged item is of a lower value
- Do note that each receipt is only valid for one-time exchange 
Tax refund orders are not eligible for exchange
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items, accessories, shoes, CO products or orders using special promotional codes

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We apologize for letting this product slip through our quality checks. If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please kindly email us at sales@klarra.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

For returns on defective products:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) clear pictures of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you.

For incorrect items sent to you:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) the product code, size and colour details of the wrong item received in your email so we can get this sorted for you. Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Please note that we will only be able to address incorrect and defective issues on items made directly from klarra.com.
