RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 calendar days (for Singapore orders) and 45 calendar days (for overseas orders) upon the date of purchase. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from klarra.com only. Items will be inspected upon reaching the warehouse. Do note that each order is only valid for one-time exchange and returns/exchanges are not allowed for Sale items, accessories or orders using special promotional codes. 

 

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: RETURN FOR STORE CREDITS VIA MAILING
- Applicable to online purchases only
- Do click here to create your return and an email will be sent to you within 1-2 working days with more details after the form has been submitted
- You can return your parcel by mailing it back to our office (39A Jalan Pemimpin #04-02B Singapore 577183) during weekdays 10am to 5pm with a trackable mode of delivery to ensure that the parcel safely reaches us
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed for Sale items, accessories or orders using special promotional codes

 

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: RETURN FOR STORE CREDITS OR EXCHANGE VIA DROP-OFF
- You can return and exchange your item within 14 days from the date of purchase. All items returned have to be in their original condition attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly
- You can drop-off at any of our stores to return your online purchases
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed for Sale items, accessories or orders using special promotional codes
- Should you prefer to receive store credits for your returned item, store credits will be refunded immediately after items have been checked
- Store credits are valid for 6 months upon from the date of issue. It can be used in both online & physical stores
- Should you use partial of the store credits for your next purchase, the remaining credits will still have the same validity as per your date of issue. Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash
Should you prefer to exchange for another item/size, you can return your parcel in exchange for an item of equal value or higher or multiple items that will amount to equal value or higher, in which you will need to top up with a payment in store if your exchange is of a higher amount
- For exchanged items of a lower value, we regret we are unable to refund the balance. You can return the full order for store credits instead
- Do note that each order is only valid for one-time exchange

 

FOR STORE PURCHASES: EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM
- You can return and exchange your item within 14 days from the date of purchase at any of our stores
- We regret to inform we do not accept return for store credits for store purchases. Only exchange is allowed.
- All items returned have to be in their original condition attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly
- Exchanges are not allowed for Sale items, accessories or orders using special promotional codes
- You can return your purchase in exchange for an item of equal value or higher or multiple items that will amount to equal value or higher, in which you will need to top up with a payment in store if your exchange is of a higher amount
- For exchanged items of a lower value, we regret we are unable to refund the balance
- Do note that each order is only valid for one-time exchange 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We apologize for letting this product slip through our quality checks. If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item, please kindly email us at sales@klarra.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

For returns on defective products:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) clear pictures of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you.

For incorrect items sent to you:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) the product code, size and colour details of the wrong item received in your email so we can get this sorted for you. Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Please note that we will only be able to address incorrect and defective issues on items made directly from klarra.com.

 


GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
