Our team is looking for a motivated individual with a true passion for brand storytelling and one who is looking to make an impact, a difference in our community through creative campaigns, initiatives and experiences. He or she should be able to plan, execute digital marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversion goals with our target audience. The Role
- Generating ideas, developing and executing creative, memorable and meaningful brand campaigns and initiatives on all channels such as social media, website and offline stores
- Planning and managing marketing and content calendar. Developing, executing content ideas and communications on all channels
- Copywriting for all content including products, captions, articles, EDMs accordingly to the brand tone and voice
- Assist in development of overall digital marketing strategy by setting up, managing and optimising campaigns through ads in various platforms and channels
- Involve in the groundwork of setting up and managing CRM/loyalty program
- Preparing proposals and managing negotiations for partnership and collaborations
- Managing partnerships, influencers, press and customer relations
- Managing budget for campaigns and initiatives
- Monitoring, reviewing and tracking performance and effectiveness of campaigns, partnerships, initiatives and communications. Consolidating and analysing data to share during team meetings
- Identifying emerging industry trends of consumers to increase customer acquisition, engagement and for customer retention and loyalty
- Assist with developing of creative and visual assets for branding and events
- Assist with business development and expansion projects
- Other ad-hoc projects required by the Creative Director
Others
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a related field
- Clear understanding of the brand and embodies our brand values
- An exceptional copywriting portfolio
- Passion and strong in brand storytelling and articulation in a personable way
- Experience across a variety of consumer touch points and familiar with CRM, data analytics
- Fluent in English. Grammatically competent and literate
- A good eye for creative aesthetics
- Preferably equipped with photoshop, illustrator skills but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills, Independent, takes initiatives and has strong attention to detail
- Has a strong sense of urgency and is able to work in a fast pace environment
- Passionate about fashion and love for the brand!
