Brand and Partnerships Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Partnerships Manager to shape how KLARRA is seen and experienced — across our content, our events, and our relationships with press, partners, and our most valued customers. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You will work closely with the Founder/Creative Director and be entrusted to plan, execute, and lead initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. As part of a small and agile team, your ideas and instincts will directly shape the brand.
We're looking for someone with genuine taste — fluent in the language of international fashion and lifestyle brands, with an instinct for what elevated truly looks and sounds like. Someone who can translate that instinct into a campaign narrative on the page, and into a room full of press and VIPs in person. Equally comfortable at a desk writing a campaign narrative and in a room negotiating a partnership or hosting a room full of press and VIPs.

- Events and community moments that create genuine excitement and leave a lasting impression beyond the screen
- Partnerships and press relationships that are well-negotiated, mutually valuable, and elevate the brand
- A VIP experience that feels warm, personal, and genuinely valued
What You'll Be Involved In
(1) Brand Voice & Content Direction
- Copywrite across all touchpoints such as product copy, captions, EDMs, articles, LinkedIn, and isconsistent with KLARRA's tone and voice
- Direct what content gets produced and how it's presented. Knowing what imagery, styling, and formats read as elevated and international rather than generic or trend-driven
- Plan and manage the content and social calendar across Instagram, EDM, and other channels
- Guide photo/video shoots and campaign asset development with a clear point of view on aesthetic direction Ensure brand presentation stays consistent and refined across every touchpoint
(2) Events & Community
- Plan and lead end-to-end execution of KLARRA events, such as launches, VIP previews, media previews, community activations
- Be the face of the room, comfortable hosting, making introductions, and building genuine rapport with media, VIPs, and partners in person
- Develop the KLARRA VIP customer journey across retail and cafe touchpoints, including exclusive previews, personalised outreach, and appreciation initiatives
Build real relationships with top customers and press so they feel known, not just marketed to
(3) Partnerships & PR
- Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities aligned with KLARRA's brand — with other labels, F&B partners, media, and KOLs
- Prepare proposals and lead negotiations for partnerships and collaborations, from first pitch to signed terms
- Manage ongoing relationships with press, influencers, and brand partners
(4) Campaigns & Brand Experience
- Generate ideas for creative, memorable brand campaigns and in-store or in-cafe experiences
- Develop launch mechanics and activations that create excitement and drive interest
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, original thinking is expected and welcomed
(5) Operations Manage budgets for events, partnerships, and campaigns
- Manage the relevant calendar and coordinate across retail, cafe, and external parties with clarity and follow-through
- Track what's working, share honest reflections on campaign and event performance
- Other ad-hoc projects as required by the Creative Director
