Brand & Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape how KLARRA is positioned, seen and experienced — from our overarching brand strategy to the campaigns, content, events, partnerships and customer experiences that bring it to life. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership.
You will work closely with the Founder/Creative Director to strengthen and translate KLARRA’s brand vision across every touchpoint, while independently leading marketing initiatives from idea through execution. As part of a small and agile team, your ideas, judgment and instincts will directly shape the brand.
We’re looking for someone with genuine taste — fluent in the language of international fashion and lifestyle brands, with an instinct for what feels elevated, relevant and distinctly KLARRA. Someone who can think strategically about the brand, translate that thinking into a campaign narrative on the page, and confidently represent KLARRA in a room full of press, partners and VIPs.
Someone equally comfortable developing a brand idea, writing campaign copy, directing content, negotiating a partnership and hosting an event.
What We Hope You’ll Help Us Achieve
-
A clear and distinctive brand positioning that strengthens KLARRA’s identity and long-term relevance
-
Fresh, creative ideas for memorable campaigns, launches and brand experiences that build excitement and bring KLARRA to life
-
A brand voice and visual direction that feels elevated, international and distinctly KLARRA across every touchpoint
-
Stronger consistency between how KLARRA is presented across digital, retail, cafe, events and customer experience
-
Events and community moments that create genuine connection and leave a lasting impression beyond the screen
-
Partnerships and press relationships that are well considered, mutually valuable and elevate the brand
-
A VIP experience that feels warm, personal and genuinely valued
What You’ll Be Involved In
(1) Brand Strategy & Management
-
Work closely with the Founder/Creative Director to shape, articulate and strengthen KLARRA’s overall brand positioning, identity, personality and customer proposition
-
Translate KLARRA’s brand strategy into clear direction across campaigns, content, retail, cafe, events, partnerships and customer experience
-
Develop seasonal and annual brand and marketing priorities that support the wider direction of the business
-
Ensure campaigns and marketing initiatives contribute to KLARRA’s broader brand objectives rather than operating as standalone activities
-
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
-
Act as a brand guardian, providing clear judgment on whether content, creative ideas, partnerships and experiences are aligned with KLARRA’s identity
-
Regularly review international fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and cultural trends to identify relevant opportunities and ensure KLARRA remains distinctive and current
-
Review the customer journey and identify opportunities to strengthen awareness, engagement, loyalty and brand affinity
(2) Campaigns & Brand Experience
-
Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives
-
Create campaign narratives, launch angles and marketing mechanics that build interest and excitement around each collection
-
Generate ideas for memorable in-store, cafe and digital experiences that deepen customers’ connection with KLARRA
-
Identify opportunities to create culturally relevant, PR-worthy or shareable moments around launches and campaigns
-
Bring fresh and original thinking to the table while ensuring ideas remain aligned with KLARRA’s identity and commercial objectives
-
Lead campaigns from initial concept through planning, execution and post-campaign review
(3) Brand Voice & Content Direction
-
Copywrite across key touchpoints including product descriptions, captions, EDMs, articles, LinkedIn, campaign narratives and brand communications, ensuring consistency with KLARRA’s tone and voice
-
Define what content should be produced and how it should be presented across channels
-
Demonstrate strong judgment around imagery, styling, storytelling and formats that feel elevated and international rather than generic or overly trend-driven
-
Plan and manage the content and social calendar across Instagram, EDM and relevant brand channels
-
Guide photo and video shoots and campaign asset development with a clear point of view on creative and aesthetic direction
-
Collaborate closely with the creative and design teams to ensure storytelling, visuals and product direction come together cohesively
-
Ensure brand presentation remains consistent, refined and intentional across every customer-facing touchpoint
(4) Events & Community
-
Conceptualise, plan and lead the end-to-end execution of KLARRA events including collection launches, VIP previews, media events and community activations
-
Develop event concepts that feel visually considered, distinctive and aligned with the KLARRA brand
-
Manage guest lists, invitations, programming, vendors, gifting, logistics and on-the-ground execution
-
Be comfortable representing KLARRA in person — hosting, making introductions and building genuine rapport with media, VIPs, customers and partners
-
Develop the KLARRA VIP customer journey across retail and cafe touchpoints, including exclusive previews, personalised outreach and appreciation initiatives
-
Build meaningful relationships with top customers so they feel recognised, understood and genuinely valued
-
Develop community initiatives that strengthen long-term affinity with the brand
(5) Partnerships & PR
-
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities aligned with KLARRA’s positioning across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, media and other relevant categories
-
Evaluate potential partners based on brand fit, audience alignment, commercial value and long-term brand impact
-
Prepare proposals and lead partnership discussions and negotiations from initial outreach through agreed terms and execution
-
Advocate for KLARRA’s interests while building positive, long-term relationships with partners
-
Build and maintain relationships with relevant press, editors, influencers, KOLs and industry contacts
-
Identify PR-worthy stories, collection angles and brand initiatives that can strengthen awareness and visibility
-
Manage ongoing communications and relationships with media, influencers and brand partners
(6) Marketing Operations & Performance
-
Manage the brand and marketing calendar across campaigns, content, events, partnerships and launches
-
Coordinate clearly across design, creative, retail, cafe and external partners to ensure projects move forward on schedule
-
Manage budgets for campaigns, events, partnerships and marketing initiatives
-
Establish clear objectives for key initiatives and track relevant results
-
Review campaign, content and event performance and share thoughtful reflections on what worked, what did not and what should be improved
-
Identify issues early, communicate clearly and take ownership of solutions
-
Manage multiple priorities independently with strong follow-through
-
Support other brand and marketing projects as required by the Founder/Creative Director
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
-
Around 4–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, PR, communications or events, ideally within a boutique or luxury-adjacent fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, F&B or beauty brand
-
Experience translating brand positioning or strategy into campaigns, content and customer-facing initiatives
-
Able to clearly articulate the thinking behind brand and marketing decisions rather than simply executing a brief
-
Has personally led events end-to-end, from initial concept through on-the-ground execution
-
Has personally managed or negotiated partnerships or collaborations and can share examples of their role and the terms or outcomes achieved
-
Strong writing portfolio, with experience across formats such as campaign narratives, captions, EDMs, product copy or editorial content

-
Has strong visual and editorial judgment and can confidently guide content, imagery, styling and storytelling
-
Understands the difference between following trends and building a lasting brand
-
Can translate KLARRA’s identity into campaigns, content and experiences that feel fresh, relevant, international and considered
-
Comfortable giving a clear point of view while remaining open to collaboration and feedback
Strategic & Creative Thinker
-
Able to think beyond individual posts or campaigns and consider the wider brand, customer journey and long-term positioning
-
Naturally curious and observant, with an instinct for identifying opportunities, cultural shifts and new ideas
-
Brings original thinking rather than relying solely on existing formats or competitor references
-
Balances creative ambition with commercial awareness and practical execution
A People Person
-
Genuinely enjoys building relationships with customers, media, partners and VIPs
-
Warm, confident and comfortable representing the brand in person
-
Builds rapport naturally and makes people feel welcomed and valued

-
Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for both the quality of work and its outcomes
-
Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
-
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving and founder-led environment
Others
-
Warm, professional and emotionally mature
-
Collaborative and respectful in the way they work with others
