Operations Assistant (Full Time)
You will be responsible for these areas: Order fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce platform operations, inventory, warehousing and customer service. You will play a key role in the customer experience by going the extra mile and building meaningful relationships with our community by delivering great exceptional service experiences. You are expected to be meticulous, organised, reliable and one who does not mind getting your hands dirty to get the job done.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack for fulfilment of online orders and stores' replenishments
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability) in e-commerce system
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Generate basic sales and operations reports when required
- Assist with stock movement between warehouse, stores, and online operations.
- Counting of inventory and warehousing of physical stocks and assets
- Click and Collect orders management
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and tidiness
- Assist with customer inquiries and aftersales service (returns, exchanges, delivery issues)
- Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management
Requirements:
- Related experience will be preferred but not required
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., moving inventory, stock counting)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Meticulous, operate with a sense of urgency and takes initiatives
- A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday
