Marketing & Growth Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Assistant Manager to take ownership of our marketing across both the fashion label and cafe — someone who is commercially minded, independently driven, and brings genuine creativity to the work.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You will work closely with the Founder/Creative Director and be entrusted to plan, execute, and drive initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. As part of a small and agile team, your ideas and contributions will be visible, valued, and have a direct impact on the business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both ideation and execution. Someone who can take an idea from concept to launch, build genuine connections with our community, and approach their work with a sense of ownership — always mindful of how it contributes to the growth of the brand and customer experience.
