PART-TIME: RETAIL BRAND AMBASSADOR
We are looking for a passionate & motivated individual to join the KLARRA family. As a brand ambassador, you will be a key representative for the brand's offline experience and will focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day store operations such as attending to customers, cashiering, store maintenance and floor/fitting room/storage duties
- Responsible for inventory control and stock replenishment
- Housekeeping
- Involve in other ad-hoc special projects, duties and assignments required by management
Requirements:
- Professional, sincere, warm and has a welcoming attitude
- A people person, personable and passionate about fashion
- Confident and comfortable in engaging with customers to deliver a smooth and memorable experience
- A good team player and is proactive
- Able to start work immediately
- Good command of English
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months and work for a minimum of 3 days each week (including one weekend)
