Retail & Operations Manager (Full-Time)
As a Retail & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in both HQ and Retail operations and experience.
You will be responsible to oversee and manage the overall functioning of retail stores and HQ operations, ensuring efficient operations within the company. Your key responsibilities are to optimize both the customer experience and the operational efficiency of the business. You should be someone who constantly challenges the status quo, seeks to better the customer experience and to improve the overall infrastructure that will help with the growth of the business. You are expected to be meticulous, highly organized, reliable, a problem solver, analytical, proactive, resourceful and one who does not mind getting your hands dirty to get the job done at times.

1. Retail Management:
- Store Operations: Ensuring smooth daily operations of retail stores, and that store condition, standards are carried out by retail team
- Roster Scheduling: Overseeing, planning and managing of retail shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels in delivering excellence in brand experience accordingly to peak periods and launches
- Customer Experience: Enhancing customer satisfaction and addressing issues
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising and mentoring store staff. To build a robust team of part time and full time brand ambassadors who possess the values of KLARRA and strongly believe in our mission. Conduct weekly visits and business reviews with retail team
- Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, product mix, replenishment, and accuracy
- Visual Merchandising: Improving and maintaining appealing and on-brand store and product displays
- Sales Performance: Analyzing sales data.Setting and monitoring sales targets, as well as planning and executing strategies to achieve them
- SOPs & Reporting: Consolidating data for reports to management and other departments. Develop, improve training process/ materials and ensure team is well-trained on policies, SOPs and that the procedures are performed accurately with exception, memorable customer service
- Communications & Vendor management: Responsible for all communication between management/HQ and stores. Communicating with building, landlord management, vendors, contractors for store related matters when needed
2. Operations Management
- Order Fulfilment: Overseeing the processing and delivery of customer orders
- Logistics: Managing the warehouse, organization, movement and storage of goods
- E-commerce Management: Handling online sales platforms data and inventory
- Customer Service: Handle customer emails and returns. Ensuring high standards of customer service across all channels
- Warehouse Management: Ensuring efficient warehousing and stock control
- Budgeting: Planning and managing operational budgets
- Process Improvement: Streamlining operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Staff Management: Strategically and effectively plan operations permanent and temporary staffing and the staffing budget based on projected volume of order during seasonalities
3. Strategic Planning
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Business Growth: Identifying opportunities for expansion, improvement and areas for cost reduction
- Ad-hoc: Involve in other ad-hoc duties and projects required by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in retail, preferably fashion, and has experiences in managing a retail team (both front and back of house)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus
- Tech-savvy with experience in modern POS systems
- Detail-oriented, reliable team player with a customer-centric approach
- 5-day work week
- Singaporean or PR, passion for fashion is a bonus
