(1) FULL-TIME: OPERATIONS & FULFILMENT MANAGER

You will be responsible for these areas: Order fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce platform operations, inventory, warehousing and customer service. We’re looking for someone who is able to manage the daily operations efficiently and maintain the operations at optimum cost efficiency. You should be someone who constantly challenges the status quo, seeks to better the customer experience and to improve the overall infrastructure that will help with the growth of the business. You are expected to be meticulous, highly organised, reliable, a problem solver, analytical, proactive, resourceful and one who does not mind getting your hands dirty to get the job done at times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily fulfilment of orders with accuracy, quality checks and within agreed time frame
  • Managing daily activities of the warehouse such as inventory system, warehousing of physical stocks and assets, logistics, physical stocks movement, retail stores’ replenishments/withdrawals, quality assurance, space management and shipping 
  • Responsible for floor productivity and managing team to review and develop plans for productivity and loss prevention
  • Managing the demands of the fulfilment team and ensure quality of work and maximise efficiency of workflow 
  • Strategically and effectively plan staffing and staffing budget based on projected volume of orders
  • Actively review, refine and streamline the internal operational processes to achieve best efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in our inventory accuracy across HQ and stores’ warehouses through the use of inventory management system
  • Creation of new products SKUs into the backend 
  • Developing and executing SOPs, Operations manual, templates and responsible for training new hires
  • Managing logistics in HQ and logistics for event set ups when needed 
  • Liaise with other departments for resolutions of customer returns and issues when needed
  • Plan, manage and maintain an operating budget that is aligned with the company's cost reduction and expansion goals
  • Ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management

Requirements:

  • Have worked in a relevant field and department for 3-5 years with a strong focus on warehousing, order fulfillment and logistics operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with physical work
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and has strong attention to details
  • A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate across all departments within the company
  • Have a can do attitude and enjoy being challenged beyond the scope of work
  • Ability to quickly recognize, diagnose issues and provide solutions to solve for challenges and workflow for the team 
  • 5-day work week

(2) PART-TIME: RETAIL BRAND AMBASSADORS

We are looking for a passionate & motivated individual to join the KLARRA family.  As a brand ambassador, you will be a key representative for the brand's offline experience and will focus on delivering excellent customer service. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Handle day-to-day store operations such as attending to customers, cashiering, store maintenance and floor/fitting room/storage duties
  • Responsible for inventory control and stock replenishment
  • Housekeeping
  • Involve in other ad-hoc special projects, duties and assignments required by management

Requirements:

  • A people person, personable and passionate about fashion 
  • Confident and comfortable in engaging with customers to deliver a smooth and memorable experience 
  • A good team player and is proactive
  • Able to start work immediately 
  • Good command of English 
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months and work for a minimum of 16 hours each week (including one weekend)

    (3) FULL-TIME: E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

    You will be responsible for these areas: Order fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce platform operations, inventory, warehousing and customer service. You will play a key role in the customer experience by going the extra mile and building meaningful relationships with our community by delivering great exceptional service experiences. You are expected to be meticulous, attentive to details, highly organised, reliable, a people-person, a problem solver, proactive, resourceful and one who does not mind getting your hands dirty to get the job done.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Pick and pack for fulfilment of online orders and stores' replenishments
    • Customer Service management such as daily customer enquiries 
    • Handling returns, exchanges & refunds 
    • Counting of inventory and warehousing of physical stocks and assets
    • Click and Collect orders management
    • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and tidiness
    • Assisting with data collection and input in e-commerce System
    • Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management

    Requirements:

    • Related experience will be preferred but not required
    • Minimum qualification: Diploma
    • Comfortable with physical work
    • Good teamwork and communication skills
    • Operate with a sense of urgency, takes initiatives and has strong attention to details
    • A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
    • 5-day work week

    (4) FULL-TIME: RETAIL BRAND AMBASSADORS 

    We are looking for a passionate & motivated individual to join our retail family. As a brand ambassador, you will be a key team player of the brand and a key representative for the brand's in-store experience, focusing on delivering memorable customer service.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and responsible for the day-to-day operations at the store such as performing cashiering and reconciling daily sales to POS report. Ensure accuracy in daily store sales settlement
    • Attend to daily customer’s enquiry and feedback promptly and develop appropriate good solutions to solve their problems
    • Responsible for inventory movement, defects, stock replenishment and ensuring inventory accuracy at all times
    • Assist in checking of returned items and processing the necessary exchange or credit refunds when needed
    • Share insights regularly on sales and product performance, and participate in internal meetings with team to retail store operations workflow, productivity and customer experience
    • Take initiative to improve retail operations, maintain and uphold retail store's image and service, visual merchandising standards at all times
    • Assist in media hosting, execution of retail store activities or campaigns required by management
    • Housekeeping and performing of other additional projects, duties and assignments as required by management

    Requirements:

    • Minimum O level or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience in retail industry
    • Independent and reliable
    • A good team player and is proactive
    • Good interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
    • Understand customers’ needs and able to provide style recommendations
    • A people person, personable and passionate about fashion 
    • Good command of English
    • Able to work on 5-day work week rotating shift (including weekends and public holidays)

     (5) PART-TIME: OPERATIONS FULFILMENT ASSISTANT

    We are looking for a passionate & motivated individual to join our Operations team. You will work closely with the Operations Assistant Manager and be involved in the day to day operations of the brand.

    Responsibilities:

    • Pick and pack for fulfilment of online orders and stores' replenishments
    • Counting of inventory and warehousing of products and assets
    • Assist in customer enquiries when needed
    • Maintain store, warehouse cleanliness and tidiness

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 days a week
    • Flexible arrangement
    • Independent and a fast learner with strong attention to detail
    • Salary is paid by per hour
